The Origin of Sammy

I drove by some road construction a few years ago. I saw a Challenger Sweeper on the side of the road by itself. A mile or so down the road, there were about 20 pieces of road equipment of all kinds: bulldozers, front end loaders, excavators, backhoes, pavers, road rollers. I thought "I guess the dorkey looking sweeper can't hang out with the cool construction equipment!"

Then I thought "That would make a good kids book: make it about bullying!"

No one denies there's a bullying problem today, and nearly everyone has been bullied at some point in their lives. Even people who are bullies get bullied. Psychologists say a lot of bullies were themselves bullied at some point in their lives. So hope you like my little literary effort! Don't put up with bullies!
